I had a great time New Zealand thanks to Chrissy who helped to plan out this trip whopatiently answered and responded to all the numerous questions and changes I made to the itinerary.

Everything was pretty smooth sailing and straightforward through out. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer, alas,12 days is far too short a time to be in this amazingly beautiful country. Will definitely return soon!

I can't say enough good things about our travel agent with First Light Travel. We had a vacation of a lifetime. It was better than we expected and we give most of the credit to Amelia Riwai for her recommendations and the way she accommodated our requests. From the tropical forests to the glaciers all the scenery was magnificent, even the misty, cloudy days were beautiful. Being able to be so close to the native wildlife was great. It was almost as if you couldn't take a bad picture because everything was so beautiful.

Chrissy did an outstanding job of taking our interests and time allotted, and creating a magical, unforgettable self-drive vacation for our family! We had exactly 2 weeks, not counting travel days, and Chrissy managed to make the most of that very short time, as we drove from Auckland to Queenstown, hitting all of the highlights in between, and arranged fabulous excursions for us with top-notch professional outfits. She arranged exactly the car we needed, the flights and times we needed, and wonderful accomodations on top of everything. We have several friends here in the states who are planning a New Zealand vacation, and and we will definitely recommend First Light Travel and Chrissy Sun!

Our vacation experience could not have been better. Dawn developed an itinerary for us which suited all of our needs and was perfect for us and the children. She carefully spaced things out so we had enough time to get places and to our activities. We had an amazing day with tour guide Debbie, who drove us through the Waiheke island, showing us the most beautiful spots.

Also we did two wine tastings at very special wineries and an olive oil tasting, which all were very good and interesting! Debbie welcomed us when we arrived with the ferry and was from the outset on very interested in us and gave us a very special experience, explaining everything you want to know about the island and more.
Before we knew the day was over, but it was for sure not our last visit to Waiheke Island.
